Cancellation & Refund Policy

APPOINTMENTS

We require deposits for all our appointments.

Deposits are to be paid with the following options (and timeframes):

  • Over the phone via credit card- Same Day
  • PayPal via "Deposits- Pay Here" page- by 8pm Same Day
  • In person- Same Day
  • Bank transfer 

Without receiving a deposit we are UNABLE to hold your appointment time.

This deposit is non refundable.

We are able to transfer this deposit to another suitable time if sufficient (at least 24 hours) notice is given that you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

If you reschedule an appointment your deposit will be transferred to a new suitable appointment time. If you fail to attend without prior notice you will lose your deposit.

WORKSHOPS

Full payment is to be made prior to workshop date.

NO refunds will be given for change of mind or failure to attend.

Should Divine Heart & Soul cancel or reschedule a workshop you were enrolled to attend, you will be given a choice of a credit or refund.

Paying a deposit or paying in full; you are agreeing to our cancellation & refund terms.
